Hold their feet to the fire and make sure they fix your truck correctly!

That's always the best way to try and handle it. Going off on someone isn't going to get you anywhere and they will most likely rush it back through just to get rid of you.

I just has a landscape transformer die on me. I had the rep call me back and we started talking and joking about a bunch of different things and after he asked when I purchased it. It was 4/2015 and he said it is out of warranty but I'll get one out to you within the next 2 weeks. Then he joked and said "You own Dave's pool and landscape service right"?

Most people are generally nice and helpful as long as you're nice to them. As the old saying goes "you catch more flies with honey than s*%!".

finally got Abbs back and this time she looks correct. inside is clean outside is clean and not mistake marks. Now i just gotta get the tires all on white letter out and rotated. They were going to do it but I decided id rather do it and make sure its how I want.

How is your mom doing now since she's been home for a week?

Thanks for asking, Mom is doing ok. I have not noticed any progress in a week or two but at least she is not going backwards. Shes almost as stubborn as I am and I am starting to feel like the bad guy. Take your meds, dont eat that, let me check your blood sugar, drink more water etc. Hopefully she understands I am trying to help and not boss her around.

I'm sure she does and I bet she hates it because she's usually the one taking care of everyone else. Just keep doing what you're doing and she'll get better soon enough.
