Typically businesses tend to provide mostly correct information. Mostly.
Haha, 100% correct, 68% of the time.

I’m in no position to defend Eibach, however, I notice something that lends credence to their claim - they don’t sell kits that include UCAs. They sell UCAs, and they’re not budget priced, but Eibach has no marketing or tech specs suggestive of needing UCAs for their lift and level kits.

You’d think they’d exploit the need if there was one. I’ll definitely report back, my Icon leafs and Eibach stage 1 gets installed Weds.

If set at 3" or less you do not need to replace your UCA. As the Eibach have an extra inch of travel your stock UCA will not be able to use it or articulate as well as aftermarket.

Mine was fine with 2 1/2" of lift, no issues with aligning. I later added Icon UCA and it definitely made a difference.

Either way the Eibach will be a major improvement over stock.

You gotta look at it like this; they can't account for the mods someone might have on their truck that might effect the front suspension geometry...

...like a tailgate dampener!

You can get 0-3" just by going with the Eibach pro truck shocks. Just use stock coils. I am very happy with mine. Didn't want lift, just a little level, set mine at 1.5".
I put on Eibach Pro Stage 2 on my 2019 Ford Ranger 4x4 FX4. The 1.5 setting was that 1.5 inches of thread ?? Thank You in advance

No. The distance you set the adjustable collar does not translate to the same amount of lift. The resulting amount of lift achieved (or reduced) is more than the distance the adjustable collar travels on the threads.

With Eibach Pro Truck, according to Eibach's directions, you get 0-3" of lift depending on where you set the lock ring. It's a snap ring. I set it at the mid setting and got right about 1.5" of lift. Just as advertised.

Yes, but he stated he has the Pro Stage 2 coilovers. They come with an adjustable collar to set preload height and don't use the snap ring like the Pro Stage 1.

Ah, misunderstood that.
