I searched but could find anything here, has anyone installed an Undercover SwingCase in their Ranger with a factory spray in bed liner? Looks like most of the holes have spray in bed liner material in them which I would guess would make screwing screws in difficult.

I have one, installed by dealer, took them extra 45 minutes to clean out holes properly. Plan accordingly.

I didn't have right sized tap, so used a pick. It worked, but not real well.

You need to use a tap to clean out the threads and then you should be good to go.
Do you know the size of the tap needed? Thanks.

I have a BulletLiner spray in liner (not from the dealer). They did a good job of masking the holes for the most part, but I still needed to use a tap to clean out some of the holes for the swing case install. Good luck!

Same as the others. M6. Clean out the holes. Recommend adding dry lubricant to the screws; they're soft metal and round out easily.

Another tip from the forum which I found instrumental - use a box cutter to score the factory tie downs which are likely covered over by liner. If not the liner will run-tear.
