Good thing i held off on them for now, just sucks trying to find info on these tremors is such a pain.

Hell, apparently our wheels are +45 or something instead of the +55 listed on ford according to a few on here who have compared them.

However, from a marketing point of view, i wonder why they didnt mention the different upper/lower CAs & spindle, but mentioned the different knuckle. You'd think theyd mention everything to get more sales.

I havent compared a 4x4 to the tremor, but based off some installation vids and looking at mine, i dont see a difference in either of those things, but thats hardly conclusive.
I haven't pulled a wheel yet, but the Tremor wheels are not the same fitment as the raptor wheels.

They are 17x8 with I think a +42 offset.

Not the 17x8.5 +55 that people have posted.

24.5mm is 1 inch. So they'd fit (look) about the same the 8.5 inch wheel has a higher offset.

8" wheels can handle a 12.5" tire so 8.5" isn't necessary for the Ranger, but doesn't hurt. You'd just run into knuckle clearance the wider you go if you aren't c

They should be stamped on the back side of the spokes.

One spoke might have say 17x8 or 8x17, then another spoke might have the offset. It could be ET42, or whatever.

Confirmed they are 17x8x42

Some guy on FB is saying that no aftermarket UCA works on Tremor. Saying impossible to align. As some of you on here clearly have aftermarket UCAs curious what you think about this?

I read this his comment on the Facebook page. Something is a miss. The pictures in the post are a mix of a ford tremor with Toyota SR5 on the computer alignment machine selected.

I'm pretty sure the Tremor has the same control arms. The knuckle does require the tapered ball joint.

There are several people here rocking aftermarket UCA without any issues, so I don't believe that FB post.

And a few companies make them as well.

Maybe his shop sucks.

I did say someone call the bluff, lol I was referring to the Facebook comment if that didn't make any sense earlier. What's exactly different about the knuckle? I know in general there are aluminum and cast iron, but does the tremor have a different geometry of the knuckle altogether?

Here's my before and after alignment with the bajakits long travel. Got my camber and toe in, but had to keep positive caster. That's the only "out of the normal range" thing I can report on.

Positive caster is a good thing on a lifted truck.

I ran 6 degrees positive on my lifted jeep.

For those of us that do not know how to read this screen. Can you break it down?

Of course.
The top 2 are caster.
The middle 2 are camber.
The bottom 2 are toe.
Heck I didn't know either until I asked the mechanic.

Edit: I had the middle and bottom mixed up and I corrected it above.

I don't understand the issue, which alignment spec can they not get to?

Camber and caster look fine. A little extra positive caster is helpful for lifted trucks on bigger tires.

Toe is set with the tie rods.
