Update 5/8/26:
Even after the full transmission rebuild, I’m still feeling that jolt coming from under the seats. I took the truck back to the dealer yesterday, and both the service advisor and the mechanic confirmed they felt the issue during a test drive.
They now suspect the differential is the culprit. They’ve already dropped the diff cover to inspect the fluid; so far, they said everything looks normal, but they are currently waiting on parts. The advisor was pretty brief about the next steps, but it sounds like a differential rebuild might be the plan of action. I’ll keep you guys posted once I know more. I did mention to the Service advisor maybe the Slip yoke needed to be grease but he was adamant that it might be the differentials.
