Transmission Data Re-learn Question

I have noticed the trip and mileage data resets when I upload a tune to the PCM. Does anybody know if the transmission learned data resets as well? I am hoping the learned data is retained. The shifts feel firm but not hard and are happening at the correct time so I am thinking the data is retained.
I am currently running the Ford Performance Tune. I ordered the Livernois tune package this morning to compare their 91/93 Performance tune to the Ford 91/93 tune. I am also curious as to what numbers the 87 octane performance tune will generate.
I already have a baseline dyno and a dyno on the Ford tune so it will be interesting to see the numbers on the Livernois 91/93 performance, 87 performance, and towing tunes. It will be good information to know. (Motor is stock with a Flowmaster 40 series muffler and K&N drop in.)

Unfortunately the transmission learn data does get overwritten when you upload a tune. I had to deal with this when I installed my high octane performance tune and my tow tune from Livernois. Ever since I installed the tow tune I was very impressed with it for how much it actually helps for the low end especially with me being in the High Rockies of Colorado. Because of such I decided to go ahead and leave that tune installed that way I don't have to worry about the relearn procedure ever again and if I ever have to tell you I'm already set up. Also be aware that I still had a good increase how far is power and fuel mileage with the tow tune.
