I have a 2021 2wd with the black out package. I'm looking to get a set of ford oem tow hooks. Are these these the slits where they would go? Do I need to cut the lower bumper to make them fit?

Pics attached are of the lower front bumper. The holes do feel like they are threaded.

So is mine cut out for the tow hooks and yours was not? The Ford oem tow hooks don't look to bolt up the same as the rough countries.
They bolt to the same holes. Here's a post with part numbers, including rubber air dams:

There are a bunch of posts here talking about what you want to do.

When I use the search function, I click the Google option:

I didn't mean they don't bolt up to the same holes. The RC looks to use a beefier bracket and sticks out further then the OEM versions.

I did do a search and I was only confused on whether I need a different valence, are mine already cut for it or can I cut mine. I see some buying a new valence and others making cuts. If I need a new valence then it's really not worth it for me.

The Pic of the white ranger made it clear on what the difference was.

Thank you for your help.

It's not as beefy as it looks but it'll hold up. The cutting, for mine, wasn't bad. I used a Dremel but am pretty sloppy. I could have done better with an oscillating tool and using painter's tape to mark what I should cut.

It's low, so you can't see my unevenness, unless you get on the ground.

Now I did also messed up the valance and trim. I never worked on cars that use plastic clips and didn't understand how they work. So I manhandled some of it and it's a bit crooked. I need to pop it off again and replace three of the metal clips that the plastic clips go into. They fell out when I was smashing it back together. =O

Had I done a search on here, I would have found how to properly remove it.

I think several members have cut them far better than I did, so it may still be an option for you.

Good luck! =)

I got the black shank with red clevis.
If the fronts are septum rings….
What does that make the rear? 😳
I'd love to say but then I'd have to ban myself. :lipssealed: :bandit:
