Hey all!

I am hoping to get some feedback on these couple of tires I have narrowed down to. For some context my ranger is new to me but the current tires need replaced soon and I want to get new ones that are A/T to add a slightly 'beefier' feel to the truck, so looks are somewhat important as well as price. I am moving to N.C. in a few months so snow shouldn't be much of an issue, more worried about wet traction/handling.

So far I have narrowed down to the following three due to price, A/T tire, and brand.
1-Cooper Discover Road + Trail AT (has a $100 rebate on tire rack).
2-Falken Rubitrek AT
3-Hankook Dynapro AT2 Xtreme (has a $100 rebate on tire rack).

The only thing I don't super like about the Cooper's and Hankook's I found specifically, is the white lettering but I believe I should be able to have the tires installed the opposite way and then it wouldn't show (give that they are multidirectional). Any insights would be great, especially if you have experience with any of these 3.

Thanks in advance!

FWIW: Iā€˜m running the P285/70R17 Falken Rubitrek AT’s on my Tremor. They are almost identical to the Falken Wildpeak AT3W in tire construction. They do have an additional set of blocks down the center of the tire which, from my understanding, is designed more for highway use. They do have an aggressive look to them, though slightly less than the Wildpeaks. They were cheaper than the Wildpeaks by about $45.00/tire. I really like how they ride with the Fox shocks on my Tremor. They’re an all terrain tire so there’s a bit of road noise, but far less than the Grabbers that I had on the truck originally. I don’t off-road as my truck is a Pavement Princess, so I can’t comment on how they do off-road.

Just my $.02….

I have the Falken Wildpeak AT4. Really like them. Good ride and they are quiet.

I have the Cooper's and have had excellent luck with them, I'm very satisfied. I could only find them in XL load for the stock tire size and I really like the ride they give.

I was looking at those -- not many reviews on them yet I have the FX2. so I kinda want to keep the AT appearance if I can but mostly highway use for me so its an appearance thing

What did you need to do to squeeze the 285s in on the Tremor? Different wheels? Spacers?

I installed a 1 1/2ā€ level and Readylift anti-intrusion bars to replace the factory anti-intrusion bars.

Interesting. I'm going to put those in for the rear bar, fronts were removed when I put the Ford Performance bumper on.

Wonder if I could get the same tire in there ?

Might have to do the old Discount tire test fit.
