Tinted my Windows

For those who got their rear window tinted, can you post some photos from inside? I have the rear mirror defroster on my truck and I want to see how they applied it around the heating module.

I had my front done withe the clear ceramic, UV film. $150 sure make a difference on the eyes. Also had a 30% 4 inch strip on the front. And , driver/passenger windows done to match the back ones...Im all set

Got mine tinted today, front Driver and Passenger 20% to match factory back Driver and Passenger. $55 each.

what % are the rears from the factory?

They seem close to 15%.
I did my fronts to match (15%) and 50% on my windshield.

In the bottom corner is information on the glass.
Mine says TRANSP. 18% MIN. so I'm thinking they are 18%, that's why the tint guy I had to do my front driver/passenger windows used 20%.

Gotcha, well either way 15% on the front doesn’t look bad. I feel since the windshield lets a lot of light in, having the front two slightly darker ends up evening things out.

Here is mine... but I do this for a living and have a plotter that cuts it perfectly.

It can be done... your installer needs to be careful and not hose down that area, little spray, mist and the brow can be installed... This is all I do everyday at my shop.
