I have never understood why anyone would want to do this to a vehicle driven on public roads. Tinting of any sort absolutely will inhibit the visibility your headlights provide at night, to a degree. Just as bad (if not worse), tinting your taillight lenses will reduce the brightness of your brake lights night or day. If you are in an accident where your tinted lenses COULD have had even the slightest contribution to that accident, well, I hope you have lots of money, as your insurance company likely won't cover you WHEN you are sued for illegally modifying a safety feature of your truck. Please don't tint your lenses.
I thoroughly expect to get flamed for this post, but if I can change one person's mind on this, all good.

I have the LaminX tinted sidemarkers & headlight film. Sidemarker film is just a bit small, but you really donā€™t notice it. Headlight film is ok, was difficult to get it to form well and has a few imperfections, needed a heat gun and patience. My main goal was to protect the headlights and they will do that well.

Scott do you remember which color you used for the side marker lights? I was looking at the Lamin-X site for their clear door edge guards and saw their marker light covers. I was going to go with the charcoal but didn't know if that's to dark and the gun smoke would be better? I want them to be noticeable but not so dark you can't see the lights when on.

@AzScorpion. Have you checked out the Morimotos? Totally different price range I know but you do get the nice smoked out markers with none of the sacrifice in lighting.

5 minute install, 100% plug and play. Looks great too! Just throwing it out there. There are some cheaper knock off versions as well but I stuck to Morimoto ones. Didn't want the cheaper LEDs ones dying on me after a year.

Thanks I did see these on @Stage3Motorsports website and bookmarked them. I do like the LED look better and might just go that route. Buy once cry once! ?

How do the side markers come out, just clips?

Yep just tabs on the markers themselves. Pull back the liner, disconnect the harness and push the marker out. Install the new ones in reverse. Literally a 5 minute install. The two light bars look pretty cool too :sunglasses:

Here are some pics of mine in daylight so you can have a better idea of what they look like.

Damn this place! Instead of spending $15.00 on Lamin-X I'll be spending $90.00 on these. But they do look sweet! Thanks again!!
