Nobody has addressed my thread Issue. That is that the built in modem cannot be seen by the Ranger's wifi Scan function. Which doesn't make any sense. What about it guys..any thoughts?
Finally activated the Ranger on-board Hot Spot and all the family phones can see it - No problems. The problem is that the Ranger's "Scan Wifi" feature cannot see the Hot Spot. Just don't make sense. Anyone got any gotcha's to help out an old school kinda guy!
Mobile app can no longer find my Ranger via the "Your Location" . Always shows, "Unable to Locate".
I've checked the phone and app settings and re nstalled the ford pass app with no luck
Anyone have any experience with this issue
Phil, I call BS. This "heat" discussion is the same as the "A/C" discussion we've had this past summer. Bottom line, Ranger did a poor job at providing suitable air flow at the feet of the driver. We don't care about blower noise. We just want to send hot or cold air to the feet, when nessassary.
I was really hoping that I could just buy a template that fits over the A/C controls with little chrome lines that would separate all the buttons/
Anyone done any research on the Edge or Explorer? Possibly, their this bling is already out there?
What I've been searching for is an adhesive template that fits over all the buttons of the Lariat climate controls, that would separate each button with a shinny line. For me, this would make it easier to find the buttons.
Anybody have a source?
IMO, since a heat element is being activated to warm the air, your stuck with the smell. I have this issue and have resigned form being concerned. It will go away, eventually.
It happens when the A/C tries to warm the air based on a temp setting other than LO. Example. Set the driver temp at 75 and the passenger's at LO. This will cause the A/C to try and warm the air for the driver side.
