Thanks Tracy, Erik, Alex, Sid and damper Dave for your kind thoughts! Eye is still the same although I think im getting more used to it now. I get about 5-6 hours a day of good close vision. I look on the sight about an hour a day and im finally all caught up on posts that I missed.. I see 3 eye specialists every month and they will decide when to replace my lens. They are hesitant to do surgery unless totally needed as I only have mono vision. Thankfully I can drive and I have docs appointment tomorrow and im getting another new pair of glasses that may help close up vision. Stay safe all and get out and enjoy your Rangers. Bret
Glad to see you on here even if it's just one post. Hopefully the new glasses will help your vision and you can come join us again even if it's just a few minutes a day. Get well soon Buddy! ?

Hi Bret,

I hope they can wave some magic over a pair of glasses for you. Modern tech is wonderful to help relative to the "old" days....Pullin' for ya!

best,

Hey Bret, glad to here things are looking up for you. I know just how scary eye problems can be. Just about to go in for 46th shot in my right eye. I have Retinal Adela due to a vein occlusion. Have also had 3 Retinal detachments and a full vitrectomy in that eye. Luckily I can still see with it. My retinologist called me his medical miracle. Oh yeah, through in cataract surgery in both eyes. Good thingy left is still doing good. With only one its got to be real scary for you. Cataract surgery we be a piece of cake after what you've already been through.

Best wishes for continued recovery.

It’s great to read another post from you Bret. I‘m glad you’re still driving and able to spend some time on here. Like Phil said, I’m hoping for that magic wand for you. It’s also nice to see all these good folks in your corner, cheering you on. Here’s to continued recovery.
