apparently Osha standards haven't made it that far yet. the company I work for has plants in these countries and we get videos of their accidents for our training. 1 guy reached into mixer while it's running and lost his arm. it was like a cartoon

LOL...I'm sure there are just as many incidents in the First World home projects resulting from installing lift kits, rotating tire, and cutting holes for that snorkel install ... ?

I think the impressive point here is that as primitive as their world is by our standards, they're practicing the best practices of "green sustainability" through shear necessity...watch a few episodes and see how proficient/efficient they are at renewing/restoring their vehicle's parts over and over again...in most cases, without power tools and electronics...
