Third transmission needed in 111k miles

What are they doing? Rebuild? Replace? New or reman?

A smarter man than I would have thought to ask that question…….I’m currently working and had to get back to my case but I did confirm that the torque converter, trans, and valve body was getting replaced but I am uncertain if it’s a reman unit or new.
