Nice 5.0! Reminds me of the FHP cars they had back in the 80s that were unmarked and all different colors. They had marked ones too of course.Towing my Foxbody Coupe
Global Warming, once again, rears its ugly head! (Beautiful pics though)Yikes from 61 to wth
Thanks. Coupes that haven't been tubbed and roll-caged and converted to drag cars are becoming hard to find at a decent price. I found this one in NC in cherry condition. Snatched it up and towed it to Miami.Nice 5.0! Reminds me of the FHP cars they had back in the 80s that were unmarked and all different colors. They had marked ones too of course.

I am officially jealous. It was almost 90 here yesterday morning. It was cooler today though. Cold and snow over hot all day every day.Yikes from 61 to wth
Thats ok Dave, it is pretty much gone but boy was it heavy. My wipers would not even move. I had to reopen the garage door and retract the big snow brush to swipe it off.Oh I used to hate when that happened back east. You'd be all set for spring and then some mid April snow hit and puts a damper on things. ?
Lol, 61 has been our morning lows and we've already had several 98 & 99 degree days. I'll take them anyway over that white stuff. ?
I understand I'll take mid 60's to 75 all day everyday. It works wonders for a big manI am officially jealous. It was almost 90 here yesterday. Cold and snow over hot all day every day.
That's pretty cool. I'd be interested in seeing how the rear hoops are mounted underneath if you have a minute.Got some shackle mount blanks and made me some..well..shackle mounts. I recessed them just a bit more than the RC ones I’ve seen. Then I moved the hoops to the rear so now I’m 1/10th the way to having a Tremor!!
Sure no problem. I forgot to take a picture of the finished product before I bolted it in but I used a piece of 2 in.² tubing cut at 4 inches long and then ripped it in half, used 1/2 on one side and 1/2 on the other. Welded the nuts on the inside of the box before I welded the box on to what was left of the front hoops (I have an FX4 so I had the skid plate mounting tabs that I had to cut off and use on the front). It’s bolted to the trailer hitch and the bolts come in from the top. Of course I had to paint them Magnetic. That's pretty cool.
