Terrain management upgrade?

my ranger is European model with different four-wheel drive switch selector..if I make these changes I will be able to have the terrain management?it is necessary to replace a switch selector?

I see 2 different part #'s in this thread? The truck is a 22 XLT 302a non FX4.

On Fordparts, both have the same picture and description and both have a warning that the part does not fit the truck (but I am guessing this is not the case.)

Which of these two am I supposed to order?

Same part, -AD is a newer revision than the -AB. Probably a minor change. If you have the choice go with the latest.

In Forscan, I understand from vids that I had to enable in the IPC Selectable Drive Mode, which I did.

However, I also saw two other listings: Terrain Management System which was set to disabled as well as Terrain Management System Type that was also disabled. Do those have to stay disabled?

This is a 2022 Ranger.
