Stereo upgrade

Looking at buying a stereo, a jvc kw-m750bt. Its got an external mic. With that, is that something that I would be able to use the original mic in the truck?
Is that something that the Maestro handles?

I swapped my radio out last year and the Maestro kit couldn't use the factory mic. I used the one that came with the radio and stuck it underneath the climate controls out of the way.
