Tailgate Letters

I like the look of my blacked out Ranger and really do not want to add the RANGER decals I have seen to my tailgate. Many traffic division police cars have 3M reflective black decals on their black cars. You really do not see it during the day but at night when the lights hit them, they can really pop. I thought it might be interesting to try. Has anyone seen these an an option?

Finally put the red letters on I got from John.
Put them on wet, instructions said dry - NO F'N WAY! that would have worked. there was no front liner so you literally had the letter in your hand. The E was a mess!
But it turned out nice! @gasmanjohn THANKS!
I may look for letters in the FX4 style, not sure if they exist. Or the 2 color plastic ones, magnetic with red outline.
But for now I like it!

I've skimmed through this thread, so maybe I've missed it. But for those of you who went with BD trim raised letters did you do the domed or flat pieces? The dome seems to add 15 bucks, but I'm having a problem seeing a difference in pictures I have seen online. Was just wanting to get some opinions on the difference and the look.

What’s the recommendation for the magnetic colored 3D letters, now that Eyecatchers no longer sells them? I’d rather have something that matches my magnetic trim, than the black option most other vendors sell.

When I was looking I couldn't find any so I went with these ABS black ones. He also sells the matte black if you click on his store link. I had originally put on the magnetic vinyl ones but I didn't like them and changed them out for the ABS ones.

I kinda liked the red, but thought black would look better (it does). and wanted to go with the molded letters
I was considering black with red trim, but they are crazy thick.

Or something so I started with red letters,

changed to black in above post.

And now I just bought some black with red outline off Etsy. I felt like I needed a splash of color in all the black and white. Painted the front tow hooks red and thought some red in back also...

But I cant bring myself to rip off the molded black ones just yet.
The one thing I don't like about the molded letters is the foam tape is pretty evident.

Well if I make the change I will post pictures!

If anyone has these Etsy letters on a white truck please post!
