Tailgate Letters

BDTrims USA flag letters arrived. When the rain stops, they're going on.

I have these on my truck and like them. Recently I was told by two different people to be careful because it is considered racist by many people. ? but ?

Looks great! Like the hood stripe on that color. I started pin striping mine last night in the garage. Just got the tailgate striping done. Want daylight to do the striping down the sides. I did add the flat black letting to the Ranger indents on my chrome grill. I have light gray/silver metallic letters for my tailgate.

There are some on the tailgate photo, the sides are just a simple strip. Some of the photos make the strip appear to be more bold than it is, all in the lighting. It is so subtle that you have to get up on it to notice.

Had mine on since spring. Love them. Made it through a Midwest summer we'll see how they make the winter. The gloss graphite looks great on the lightening blue sport package. Not too in your face.

THANKS - Our Iowa summers and winters are much warmer. So, If well in Wisconsin should be fine down here in Covid corn country.

I'm going to pull the trigger. Iconic with black appearance so only makes sense to get black. Now, I will buy five or six sets if I plan to put them on or turn the heat up in the machine shed and ask my lovely bride if she will then will only need one set.

Not for the tailgate, but I have the grille letters from Tufskinz and they're great. My tailgate letters are from BD Trims.

Well I am going to try Red letters on the tailgate as user
gasmanjohn had a set he was giving away. They are vinyl so I will see how the color looks and if they hold up leave as is, or upgrade to the thicker plastic ones.
But 1st I installed some white letters in the grille. I think it looks great and goes with the black and white Ford Emblem.
One thing I discovered and you will notice in the pics is that the pine pollen comes down quicker than I could place the letters! So I will have to hold off a few weeks before I try to do the tailgate letters.
Pics of the Grille. Note that the FORD Emblem is just a vinyl sticker. Cheaper route to go for deciding on the color before buying a replacement emblem.
