Looks like you got one update, oh well mine still seems to work. lol I guess if it's not broke don't fix it. ? Besides I use my phone most of the time for the Nav and it's much better than the factory Nav.
I don't think I got an update. it was just built couple months after yours 9/19? it works for me glitches and all. why roll the dice on an update that might create more glitches?

Hmmmm mine says 3.4.22251

I have no issues with mine. Works great.
3.4.22251 was released on Cyanlabs a couple of months ago. Didn't know Ford was pushing it out now. From what folks have posted on Cyanlabs it doesn't address any known bugs or make any visual changes.

That's odd. Also on 3.4.22200, and site says up to date, and a Lariat, not that trim sould make that much of a difference. Where did you get 22251?

Frank
He probably got it from Cyanlabs like I did. Been running it for several months now. Only issue is it jumps to FM from my USB drive every once in a while on startup. Not always just randomly.

Reason I didn't spend the $$$ for the NAV, use my phone 99% of the time, WAZE is much better.

Looks like mine really needs an update. lol

Yeah AZ I wasn't going to say anything because you insufferable 2019 guys are already rife with features to lord over us late-model boys. :p But I noticed in the climate control thread that the photo of your interface looked conspicuously different than mine.

So if you like your buttons all blended and slick like with just "one sitting man" then don't update, lol. I guess one guy in both buttons was too complicated for folks. I'm still trying to figure out where the basement of my Ranger is and how the air is getting down there. (And who is sitting down there below me!?)

Haven't done the upgrade - restriction were insane. As I recall, you needed to abandon your truck for several hours to let the download happen. Or, they'd be happy to sell you a CD version for an outrageous price and let you go on your own. I don't have that much patience and I'm stingy with my cash. No thanks. :frown:
I downloaded to USB stick and it took about 20 minutes to install after plugging into the truck. Everything seems fine after a week.

So I decided to do the update and nothings happening. I made sure automatic update were on, checked that the house wifi was connected and 6 hours later it's still on the old version. I guess my Ranger hates change more than I do. ?‍♂

While OTA is possible, it is a real pain and takes a very long time.
You are better off (in my opinion) to download the update from the Ford website, or as I do, use CyanLabs.

Maybe it's taking extra long seeing as it's still on the original Sync. lol
