I have a question hopefully someone can answer: I received a production date email awhile back stating a production week of 9/12. On 9/6 I received an email saying production is being delayed to week of 9/19. Ok, I'm not surprised. So I did NOT get an email this past Tuesday 9/13, stating another delay, so I guess that's good news. But but but, now I'm trying to track my order and it's saying I need to enter a valid dealer order number or VIN. Nothing has changed with my order number or VIN since I received it back in July. Anyone know why the tracker might be doing this? Is the tracker just junky or should I be worried? Thanks in advance.

I received the same thing, same dates as yours, earlier in the day yesterday I check and it came up, when I check later in the evening, I got the same message as yours, I have noticed at night I usually get the oops something good wrong or the invalid vin/order number, I ordered mine 2/10, month later vin, last week I got production date 9/12, nothing else after that.

I hate to say this, but this is the point where you have to sit back and relax cuz you have zero control. You're not very far away so just see what happens.

It is most likely a tracker issue. I experienced the same multiple times throughout the process. Everything remained on track.

Ok, decided to check if the tracker was working yesterday and surprisingly it was and it updated to my truck being "In Production". Didn't get a formal email stating such and I just checked again and I still can't see my window sticker. Oh well, it's technically not the week of 9/19 yet so I guess we'll see what happens Monday.
