Just got word I’m makin parole tomorrow. Total time in the joint 107 days (3.5mo) from order confirm to arrival at dealer. Took 6 calendar days to get it from the rail yard to dealer 2hrs away including a weekend, but my dealer gloriously has their own two car hauler. Made its way on down with a lightning haha.

I ordered on 11/16/2022 got my Vin by the time I got home with a build start week of January 9th 23. Ford Updated the tracker on the 8th stating it was in production. Seems to be moving along. I am located in Orlando, Fl. Attached is my window sticker provided this week.

After the sh**ty holidays I had (won't go into detail) it pretty much killed any hope of getting this truck. Plus, I'm tired of waiting. Last email I got was over a month ago saying it was built, and the tracker showed that. Expected delivery was between Dec 30 and Jan 5th. I got that email Dec 9th. Tracker hasn't moved at all, still shows in the built status.

I appreciate everyones input and information here, especially with my questions. Good luck to those waiting, hopefully your waits aren't much longer. Peace

Also if anyone hasn't seen, I have Lariat headlights for sale and the Raptor grille still.

Trucks that did not remove 4g hotspot, or the Tech package including Co-pilot 360 are on Hold.
Removing these two options will move your build along. They are also waiting on more equipment for tow kit as well. THere was a hold on spray in Bedliners, but that has been resolved.

Hey, I am right there with you. It has been 5+ months for me and I need a car for an upcoming road trip in a couple weeks. My old car was falling apart and I sold it prematurely.

Anyone have the ability to track railcars better than I can? Ford chat is telling me my ranger is “In Transit and Arrived Rail - Railcar # NKCR007125 (CSX
Transportation). Eta 1/12-1/18. When I call CSX it says the railcar has been in Chicago since 1/5. I was originally told early November delivery. If it does not arrive by the 21st I will need to buy another car for a trip I have planned. Thanks in advance if you have access to a tracking tool!

So, how do you track your truck on a railcar?

First and most important. Never talk to live personnel at the railroad! Only use automated phone system. If it attempts to transfer you to a live person please hang up. The railcar information we are provided by is given as a courtesy and if we call live personnel we may lose the access and ability to track.
CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.
