I got that email too...

Complete satisfaction would be my freaking truck arrives.

It is like 25 miles south of me, and the dealer is 35 miles north of me.

Let.me.pick.it.up.at.the.rail.yard.

Interesting......I didn't get an email when mine was delayed from 11/22-11/28 to 12/1-12/7. And not when Chat told me it was moved to 12/20. And I still don't have my truck even though the shipper told me it was being delivered today.

This has to be one of the most frustrating parts of this process... It is already built and just waiting to be picked up.

I watched a video earlier of a corvette that the buyer picked up direct from the factory in Kentucky.

I have to imagine this would simplify things from a logistics standpoint for Ford to some degree.

I would do that in a heartbeat....especially because I've always wanted to tour an auto manufacturing plant.

I gotta say, at least I'm not the only one who got that same email.... I was concerned they damaged my truck.... :-/

I gotta say, the feeling of it being this close and out of reach, is difficult to describe.

Tomorrow I'm gonna press my sales guy for how I can go pick the truck up from the rail yard. Lol

You should try to find out where the trailer with your truck is parked... Ijs...

Thanks! It must have been delivered late at night. Waiting for the call from the dealer....assuming he even knows it's there . Pictures will be up as soon as it's in my hands. Hoping you and others get good news soon!

I emailed my sales guy this morning and asked if the truck was still in Miami could I just pick it up. Lol

We'll see how he says no. Lol

Spent a few minutes going through cars.com looking at rangers... Seems another dealer south of mine got their trucks that were manufactured after my Truck delivered already...

Yeah, I think Ford put some allocations ahead of our orders. Purely speculation.

The only person completely satisfied is the homeless guy sleeping in it. It has been so long, he may be able to assert his squatters' rights to the vehicle.
