I'm sure it's been posted somewhere, talking with Ford via chat regarding order status, is that done on Fords website or is there a different specific website? Kinda curious what the hold up is...if there is one lol.

As a note, it only works when I use edge (multiple computers)

I tried on chrome this am and it said there were no agents available, on edge it loaded right up...

You're in the fun part of tracking now, haha. Have fun with the CSX Touch Trace robot. That poor buddy has the hardest time deciphering between the 'T's and 'G's in my railcar number lol. Takes a minimum of 5 attempts for the robot to comprehend.

Okay, now I have dwindling faith in the CSX Touch Trace number and my dealership to track this truck that is being shipped via rail. CSX Touch Trace says it passed through Cheyenne, WY yesterday and is in CO now. However, Ford Chat and my dealership contact say it's in IL... Not sure who to believe lol.

Edit: Ford CX Chat is wrong. The CSX Touch Trace, to me, sounds more accurate. The dealership confirmed the most recent location which is more closely aligned with CSX's update.

Just got done with the chat, meant to screen shot it but I got tied up at work. They said my expected delivery was Dec 17th -27th or something. I only caught a glimpse as I was on the phone and when I went back, the "How'd we do" survey was up and chat was gone lol. I asked why the delay, if it was due to the spray in liner and they replied "good question" and advised me to speak with the dealer lol. OK ??

Either way, I got a little more info now, which is all I was after. Patiently being impatient lol

Every Chat I have says talk to your dealer to get more details.....these Chat folks have no idea how clueless and unhelpful most dealers are.

The Eagle (Ranger) has landed!

Just changed to ship status today and the dealer called and said it is here

Build date was 11/23. From MI to WI - I guess it was trucked rather than on a train. Dealer would prefer to get this done for November, which is fine with me, so I think I will pick it up tomorrow.
