Agree...wouldn't get a drop in. My dealer will have the local Line X shop do it for the $495 I would have paid Ford. Or, I might just bypass the dealer and get it done myself.....haven't checked prices.

I must be desperately looking for any glimmer of hope that my truck will ship soon. I've been in Awaiting Shipment status for 5 days. For the last several days, there have been 10 similar vehicles in the same status (according to the Order Track app). Tonight it dropped to 9.....so I'm hoping at least 1 truck has shipped!

I ordered the Black Appearance Package with the spray-in liner. I just got the "Your Vehicle Has Been Built" yesterday with the ETA of delivery being 11/25 - 12/1. But we'll see...
Also, It says there are 66 ' Similar Vehicles in Status'

Just want to make sure those employees who are doing such a great job of getting these vehicles where they need to be, on schedule, aren't inconvieneced (sp) on a holiday weekend...

Who was it that was scheduled for delivery already? It was being trucked to an adjacent state.

I think that was me, last delivery ETA was 11/23, still awaiting shipment.... Really wish I could just drive up there and pick it up, it's only a 3 hr trip

Your West coast, right? Mine has been in transit over the past week, still moving along. I wonder if geography for rail shipping has any impact to shippingā¦ sounds like some east coast folks havenāt seen them ship yet.

Just remember that even though it is "shipping" that it does a lot of time sitting. Even back before all the covid issues, in 2019 - my truck took 21 days to ship to the west coast and of those 21 days it spent over 10 days just sitting, not moving.

Seriously, just let me sign the paper work at the plant and pick it up there.
I imagine that would save so much time and cost on ford's part.
Litterally a checkblock, pickup at dealer or the plant. You pick it up at the plant and there is no transport fee, just a couple hundred for a tour for a couple of people and the final dealer prep (at the factory).
I would bet there are literally hundreds, if not thousands of owners who would do that every year.
