Must be nice having a dealer that actually responds when you reach out to them . My dealer sucks, but they are nearby. Hope your truck gets moving soon!

My dealer is ~an Hour and 15 away, but they were the closet to accept x-plan pricing...

And he only responds if I catch him while he is at the dealer. If he isn't working and I email him, I won't get a response...

Sheesh! I can’t believe you got XPlan pricing. I went through 4 dealerships before one would even agree to let me order a ranger at MSRP.

Though it was kinda fun to have some of those dealers finally call me in September just so I could say “yeah, I placed an order at another dealership a month ago because you never called/emailed me back.”

I emailed every dealer between ft lauderdale and jupiter and found one dealer that would do it. Lol

It also helps that they are one of the larger dealers in the region... Mullinax...

It is inevitable that it had to be started. Let the fun begin. Perhaps include order date, Trim Level, Cab/bed style and any packages!

not me but my supervisor ordered a 2023 lariat tremor i cant remember all the options he told me about but he said it should be done at the end of November? unsure on when it will get here if it actually comes in that fast that will be quick!

Question for you.....what documentation did you get from the dealer to show your agreed upon price? I also ordered mine at MSRP and I have a pricing "worksheet" that is signed by me and the sales manager. But, the fine print says it is not a contract. Since I don't trust ANY dealer, I've been laying awake at night worried that when I go to pick it up they are going to hit me with ADM.

I hear there are people backing out on their orders, not specifically Rangers, but new car orders generally. The statistics say around 85% of new car buyers finance, and beings the rates are so high right now they're backing out.
My point?
Don't let the dealerships try to muscle you into paying more than what you agreed on.
If you read in the 22 Support thread you'll see several where the dealership tried to mark up the price when the customer's order came in.
Don't allow it to happen to you.

He has a couple of his livestream he talks specifically about price protection, and what pricing and financing should be available to buyers... I don't know specifically which ones :-/

Thanks. I just sent him an email asking for guidance.....I have no idea if I'll get a response. In the meantime, back to worrying. I'm going to call the sales manager tomorrow to check in. I'll broach the subject then.

I was surprised, he responded to a comment I left on one of his videos too.

Might be worth a shot there too.

He recognizes that there are many dealers out there that suck at providing information to buyers.

The pricing has worried me too… Fortunately, my deposit is fully refundable. It would suck to back out and start the search again, or probably hunt used. I have the signed dealer order and a screen shot of a text from my dealership contact confirming the purchase price is what is stated on the order form. So at least I have some type of support to the argument.
