I started working part time at the dealership I bought my ranger from. Two other techs/parts guys drive supercab rangers. None drive supercrews. They know what's good
Nice...now you can buy all the NOS Engine Covers and hardware with your employee discount, stash em away for a few years, and make a killing selling them when Rangers become collector trucks with owners restoring them to OE Specs. !!!!!

I just started so I haven't asked about an employee discount on parts/accessories yet. I'd like to get some tremor rear leaf springs if they match Levittown Ford's price.
I might ask if they can get international parts an check on wildtrax springs.

How is your FM radio reception with that super stubby antenna? Where did you get the antenna?

Thanks.
FM is unchanged. AM is a little worse. OE antenna was getting beat up on my garage door.

I have had it a week. I have been owning Rangers and only driving Rangers since 1983. I have had a 84 short bed a 86 short bed 4x4 a 94 SC 4x4 and and 07 Sc FX4 level 2. This SC FX4 is like driving a Lincoln Town car compared to all the others.
I drove a series of Rangers and Sport Tracs since 1999. Used to own my own company and I'd lease a new one every three years through my business. Lease was almost up on my '99 XLT and someone ran a stop sign and T-boned me in the driver's door and I hit my head on the window frame. Ended up just letting the dealer keep it and I leased a new '02 Off-Road. The shocks were so stiff that when I hit a ripple on a brick street near my house, my head hit the window frame in the same spot and I saw white and lost my vision for a few seconds.

get 14 foot garage doors and problem solved

This is how the barn was built when I bought the house. If I were building I'd go with doors in the 8-10 ft range. The ceiling height is overkill for me but it's the best i found while house shopping in my price range.

Dibs on the beer fridge!

I don’t need another beer fridge but that one just might have beer in it. ?
That is an OLD beer fridge. It's going to the curb Weds. Tuesday I'm getting a new kitchen fridge an the kitchen fridge is rotating to the garage. The old one you still have to defrost the freezer. I'll offer it for free to use or scrap on facebook an it'll be gone.

Reminds of the folks who put an old console TV out at the curb, hoping someone would take it and use it. Days went by and no one touched it. They decided to put a sign on it that read, “For Sale - $100”. It was gone within the hour! ?

The good thing is there is one scrap yard around here that doesn't require you to have the freon removed before they'll take it. So if no one wants it, have ranger will travel.

I already have a 1968 Sears coldspot that keeps the kegs a perfect 55F otherwise I'd be all over it
