2WD - SuperCab XLT in Silver but still waiting to see more colors on the road but for now Silver is my current pick. Blue and maybe Red would be possible pick.

I currently have a nice 97 Standard Cab 2WD 3.0V6 auto in White, 170K miles. I like the White just because it doesn't show dirt like darker colors, thus my reasoning for picking Silver and I don't want white again. I saw a Mustang with a dark blue, that would look good on a truck but of course that's not being offered.

I'm curious if you order your truck can you still get big discounts?

For now I'm in no hurry and feel like later in the year there will be a sale or .9% interest offered. I'll probably but $15K down and finance the rest IF the interest rate is .9 or better yet 0%. I could pay cash if that would help with a discount....?
It's been a long time since I bought new.

You're eligible for whatever incentives are available the month you purchase (for example $500 this month).

X-Plan price is the same regardless of month. You should be able to stack most cash incentives on top of X-Plan.

Also Ford's interest rate is not discounted right now, I was offered 7% for 60 months with Tier 2 credit (700+ score). I would get your own financing from a credit union.

I'm 6ft/200pounds and I sat in the back seat behind myself with reasonable comfort.

I'm 5'6 and a similarly sized adult can fit behind me in my SuperCab. I don't think I'd have anyone do it for an extended drive though, but for a short ride, it isn't terrible. Still beats my old 01 with the jump seats! My friends were never too thrilled to ride back there haha.

I think of the back of the super cab for the kind of trips where someone would have sat in the bed in the old days, but now we'd get arrested.

Haven’t found what I want on the lot.
I did test drive one today, 4x4 with a leveling kit and wheels, $37k. Not one I’d buy but it drove real nice.

The salesman mentioned this $2k off but not the 1.9%.
Not sure if this would apply if I ordered one?
He sales truck at invoice price.

I went to an out of town dealer today a test drove a 4x4 XLT Super Cab. Drove much like the other truck but I like this style better.

This dealer didn’t recognize the above offer but offered instead a lifetime warranty.
He advised against ordering and suggested finding one that I like “ to get a better deal”. He could get one from anywhere. Also sells at invoice.
