First remove the vehicle from your FordPass account on your phone.

Then log into your account on Ford.com

Click on Account>Account Settings

At the bottom of the page is a link to delete your account.

Remove the phone from Bluetooth connections.

In the Sync menus, Settings, General, select Master Reset. That is supposed to reset everything to factory defaults.
