Hi Folks,

I went one size up on my OEM (265/60/18) tires to a 275/65/18 size and are having issues to recalibrate the speedo via FORScan for the new size.

I went to update the current 'tire circumference/mm' in the BdyCM module from 2355mm to 2558mm and reset the relevant DTC codes. I went for a quick ride and the speedo seems to read +-4km/h slower than my GPS speed, is there anyway I can get the reading closer to the actual speed and what tire-size can I use to fool the system?

The one thing I did noticed was that the initial tire circumference did not match any online calculators 2355mm vs 2433mm which was odd, is there different calculations that should be used for this?

Don’t worry with online calculators. Keep adjusting that mm number until you have it right on.

Curious if you found that sweet spot for calibrating you new tires with FORScan? I'm about ready to pull the trigger, going from the 265/60R18's to a 275/70R18 and was hoping to use FORScan to make some tweaks.
