Speedo correction

I increased tire size and want to correct Speedo to get accurate speed and odometer readings. Is that something I can do myself? I'm not familiar with Forscan or what it even is(I'm guessing a device that connects like an OBD reader/ let's you access computer)

Would this alone do the trick? Says it can adjust Speedo.
