Hi Folks,
I went one size up on my OEM (265/60/18) tires to a 275/65/18 size and are having issues to recalibrate the speedo via FORScan for the new size.
I went to update the current 'tire circumference/mm' in the BdyCM module from 2355mm to 2558mm and reset the relevant DTC codes. I went for...
just got word for the Australian market there will be major delays on the new Ranger, not sure if the US markets will be affected as well.

I'm in the market to replace my standard 265/60/18 (+55 offset rim 2019 Wildtrak 2lt; no lift) with some bigger AT tires. From what I could gather from the majority of the posts a 265/70/18 would be the safest option without rubbing. Others mention that 275/70/18 also fit in some cases and I...
Great write-up!
Can you pop me the link to the URL/site? I assume these will only be for USA. I asked FORD AU if this could be done manually and they confirmed that it can only be done at the dealer, asked them to update these during my service and they confirmed it was running the latest...
I parked in the shade yesterday on site and when I got back my truck was full of tree gum/sap/glue/whatever you call it droplets, only realized this when I got in and saw the spots on the windscreen. I tried to remove with a wet rag to no avail (sticky AF).
Any suggestions on how to remove...
Also just starting out with the whole Forscan-thing, once you have the correct hardware (I bought OBDLINK MX+ on Amazon) and the forscan app on your computer it's quite easy to make any changes (ALWAYS make sure you backup the relevant sections before changing any values).
I used the below...
No Ford pass points that I'm aware off, had a look at their website as well and they don't stock these, will get the CTEK branded one which is stocked locally.
Thanks for the suggestion, I should have mentioned I'm based in Australia, Amazon does deliver from US but it will only arrive 23 Dec and shipping is an additional $20. In the market for one sooner rather than later.
I'm in the market for a cheap battery charger for my truck as some weeks we use the wife's car, specifically one that can charge various battery types as I'm looking to go the dual-battery (possible lithium setup) setup next year but not quite sure what the different stages and/or charging amps...
will it be worthwhile to call the dealers and ask them about the lifespan and/or get it replaced or just reset it on the cluster? it's only got 18k km on the odo, but according to the service schedule I needed to do the 30k service, maybe that threw the calculation off as well.
When I got it back from the service I checked it in the cluster and it showed 100% and never checked it again until I played with the Fordpass app. I will pull the dipstick and check the consistency when I get off from work.
Playing around with the Fordpass app I saw the oil life indicator showing 29%, went to the truck and it showed the same. Truck was serviced 3 months back (got oil/filter change at the dealers - 30k service).
I assume this is being calculated somehow by my driving style (I don't thrash it), is...
Hi Folks
New to the forum and unable to find anything concrete on the 'missing GUI tab' with the search function.
Bought a OBDlink MX+ dongle on BF for my PX3 wildtrak and downloaded the Forscan windows app with the extended license. Everything connects fine but I'm unable to do any changes...
