I was stationed in Pensacola a few times an did 3.5 years as an instruction. I really like the area an you gotta love the "20' elevation"!

I’m in escambia county….Where they drive 25 in a 40 around the city but 85 in a 60 on the highway. A lot of old at heart drivers and vacationers renting cars kills the city streets (and my nerves)

When I lived there in the 90's we joked it was the crown vic, lincoln town car, conversion van capital of the world.

On the way home I decided to do a 0-60 run. Had to turn off my USAA Drivewise app so it wouldn't pick up bad driving. I set the phone in the little space on the top middle of the dash, using a little box to prop it up. My earphones were in there as well.
Put it in 4WD, held the brake and rev'd it a little, then let her rip. The phone, box and earphones flew off the dash. I registered 5.8s on the app. Ok, I guess. Not sure if the phone getting air affected the result. It also read 8.8s for 0-72.
