So, washed cars today and where my Tremor was I found this snap ring? Random Grabber pick up? ( so glad my MT’s are coming). Or something on the truck? I looked and didn’t see anything unusual, but has me pondering…

Hi Don,

The design of this snap ring tells me it was in groove inside a hollow tube. Did you find outside or inside your truck...If outside, likely from the car wash equipment. If inside... IDK....

Outside on the driver after I moved the truck back. Wasn't sure if it even came from mine. The Grabber tires pick up everything. Putting on YOKO GEO MT's this week.

Hi Kent,

Possible but not likely as this snap ring would be terrible to service U Joints. Not used on Ford products to my knowledge, which could be lacking but I doubt the serviceability would be acceptable to anyone in the service industry....

Throw this in your parts pile and forget about it....
