when I had my scrape last year, where the other car bumped my passenger side and damaged the front fender, and both doors on that side, from what I understand, replacing the door was not hard. But the plate on the bottom of the doors was slightly pushed in and that was a major job to fix. I have no idea how much it was to fix the doors, but the whole job was over $20k (most of the labor was the damaged axle and suspension problems).
