Thanks Steve...I have it connected inline for real time checks...it's amazing how the reading fluctuates depending on area and environment...

I'm an unlicensed amateur...my radio is GMRS but SW capable...GMRS is all I use but in SHTF situation, I guess anything goes right? lol...I also have a prehistoric CB located remotely...

Nope. But has gone down to $35 for 10 years.

I have my GMRS license and my HAM license. I paid $70 for the GMRS right before it went down, so... go me...

The charge is a money grab, but it keeps me legal, so I just do it. 10 years is a long time.
