I might just do what @RCMUSTANG did and make my own like these.

Probably just snag a set of lamp housings from the local wrecking yard for a few bucks instead of using the ones in the truck. Then get a set of 12v sequential LED strips and some spray tint.

Nice - had not come across that! Cant believe I missed a DIY opportunity!
I have seen black lenses - I think earlier in this thread. Although I think there is a reason why he painted after putting the strips in!

I recommend coating the connectors with Di-electric grease. I'm fairly certain moisture is why so many people have early failures on a lot of the Chinese led lights. If you look at my build thread, you can see what I did for the puddle lights. These connect differently, but still a good idea. You can get a tube of it at Home depot for under $10.

Maybe to hide the wires or the outline of the LED strip. I was thinking about a tacking the wires to the back of the strip with a little hot glue or something like that to hide them if I decided not to paint the lenses.

I hate the clear lens. My Fusion with Mondeo mirrors have tinted ones that I was able to buy. I'm not a fan of clear lenses on the sides. The only place I'm ok with clear is the headlights. I like every lumen available.

Just saw these pop up on Amazon. Wonder if they’d work any better?

D-Lumina Sequential LED Turn Signal Side Mirror Lights Smoked Lens Fit 2012-2019 Fo-rd Ranger T6 Raptor Wildtrak and 2015-2019 Everest, Dynamic Side Mirror Marker Light Replace Factory Amber Reflector

I was checking those out and wonder if the stock bulb holder integrates with the light for weather protection like the side markers do. They look like they might?

Yes they do. You kinda stuff the wires back into the lens/LED assy. I may have posted a pic of this a few back.

I like these, I have Two questions,
1)if you don't have the signals in the mirror, you can not add these can you?
2) the Sole turn signal in the wheel, where did you get that?

Thanks

Mcssls

I just put mine in today. No more white housing sticking out like a sore thumb

The description says, "NOT for North America Version XLT Supercab 2019-2020."

Is this in error and they will actually fit a US 2019-2021?

I think I figured it out. The XLT does not come with mirror turn signals but the Lariat does.
Yep that's it exactly. The XLT doesn't have them. They're pretty much standard everywhere else because side indicators are legally required in most countries, but in the US they can skip out.
