I was getting ready to, but my replacement mirrors are color matched to my white truck and I think the stock clear lens will look better against white.
But would love to hear if anyone has done this. From the measurements the fit should not be a problem.

- A little loose fitting, but secure when mirror cap is replaced.
- Clean black look.
- seems kinda dim - will report back when it gets dark.

They look nice, and I agree with you, they are rather dim. I was kind of hoping they would look like the blackout side markers. Those are much brighter by comparison even with the dark smoke plastic.

Yeah I have the same side markers. Which I really like!
I may look for non sequential. It's a little gimmicky.

I did not as my front turn LEDs have built in resistors.
When there is more than 1 light in the turn circuit both have to be led for hyper blink.
Ie you only need resistors at one of the 2 lights

Well they arrived and I installed. I think I will keep them! Construction is a little nicer than the China eBay ones. Of course the box does have a BIG Made in China printed on the front, so still from China!
The Amazon one is on the left, it has a way to tuck the wires into the lens like the stock bulb to keep everything dry. And has the DOT stuff molded into the lens, the China eBay have no text on the lens.
Fit is a little better with these as well
I do like the non-pixelated appearance of the China eBay ones, but these match the pixelated blacked out side markers I have. And I have had the skull caps off my mirrors so many times I am getting worried one of these times they will not stay on! SO, this is it sticking with the eBay ones.

The side marker indicators won't cause hyper blink. Only when you have an incandescent bulb go out in the headlight housing or replace it with a non error free LED bulb. Even then you can disable hyper blink with forscan.
