How do you figure out car carrier? And what information do they require to track a vehicle?
If it is United Road, you can follow these instructions to track it:
Thanks, but I just get an error for my VIN (just 8 digits), and one from my local dealer, and another one on the lot at a Phoenix area dealer. So it must not be United Road that comes to the Southwest.
Arizona is covered by ATG (Auto Transport Group) out of Utah. No website, no CS number. They supposedly will only talk to dealers.
Do you know what carrier services Southern California?
Sorry I don't. Check your sales guy, That's how I found out about ATG,
I got the info that was in the body of an email from a regional rep and my dealer. When I found there website they had a page for delivery receipts where I entered my vin and there was a link to the actual receipt slip signed by a dealer rep and the truck driver.
This the carrier that had me just follow the instructions https://www.unitedroad.com/delivery-receipts
Well tracker updated from 19 days left until delivery to delivered. I knew it was delivered by the delivery receipt that was available via VIN# on the carriers website. My salesman has yet to get back to me when I sent him an email around 6:00 to tell him my truck was delivered at 2:06. Anyway I will set up to pick it up Wednesday. Yahoo the wait is over!!!!
You can mark mine mine. Actually one month of train ride. It also took forever to get it away from the dealer. LOL
@rangerdanger , you can mark my Ranger as delivered. I pick it up tomorrow. Yay!
I cant complain about the ford tracker, it was right on within a day or two. It took 4 extra days because of the floods in Nebraska. The aggravation is the length of time to transport across the country. I just could not believe that it actually was going to take a month. Now the fun begins figuring how to operate all of the gadgets. LOL
I'm going to pick up my Ranger Friday. The tonneau cover is on back order so I ordered running boards to be installed when the cover comes in but I'm taking the truck anyway.
Congratulations to @RangerCat, @CaptainAmericaRob, @Pat McGrath and @THLONE who all took delivery of their new Rangers!
I'm stuck at my local rail yard just waiting for a truck to deliver it. I'm being optimistic and hoping this week.
