I bought these and put them where the middle hooks should go. So far, I really like them.

Same here. No way I was gonna pay for the OEM's, that's ridiculous.

I bought them. :O Not on eBay, but I did buy them. I don't remember what I paid, I bought them and the hardware the same time I bought the engine cover.

The funny thing? The locations where Ford deletes the hold downs are the ones I use the most.

If anyone notices a cheaper alternative in the same format as the OEM, please link it. I haven't looked hard, but I'm missing my 2 hooks and refuse to pay for the OEM ones.

the home depot in the hardware dept has some great quality alternatives unless you are married to exact oem type. I bought some for my '09 Ram when i got it and they work great & still look good!

I pointed out on my sticker where it said I get 6 of them and was given them and they were installed in the parking lot when I picked up my plates. They changed the wording after the 2019 model year to get around that.

I bought a set of of the Tie Down Hooks from FordParts.com back in April 2020 for $6.49 each, now they are $31.66 each. The bolts remain the same price at $3.90 each.
