How many of the first 29 have been installed? I count 21.

Out of those how many are within 1 inch from the A/C line?

How many loosened the A/C line bracket bolt and re-positioned it?

How many adjusted the line over by applying a little pressure and moving it left? I count 1.

How many have any issues with the stick hanging up at the bottom when putting it back in?, if you do whats your serial number? it's engraved on the stick at the top. I count 1.

How many had issues with the loom? I count 4, and one L bracket adjustment.

I am reviewing any needed changes in the parts or the instructions before the next big batch, and also the 2nd half of the first batch, only 27-29 sticks.

I really appreciate any input, the eyes and hands here have been so helpful!!
I repositioned the AC line (by loosening the bracket). I have just shy of .75" clearance. I moved the line up and towards to firewall as far it would go without "forming" it. I think it will be OK.

The stick bumps when going down right near the bottom (~5" up, just before the camel back bends), but I don't see this as a problem to be corrected. I could simply "form" the tip a bit so it ramps a little smoother, but it really isn't a big deal.

I "formed" the L bracket about 15-20 degrees down to insure the loom was clearly free of any obstructions. I then installed 3" of 1/4” wire loom split plastic tubing to insure that if the cable does rub against the bracket that it will not affect the wiring.

I honestly think you have it right as it is. Maybe supply 3" of the 1/4" split loom and update instructions to reflect options to take to handle variances in Ford builds. The product itself is better than I ever imagined it could be.

There no duplicate sticks!!..... at least there better not be, once they get the length set they matched to each other, they get serial marked, then they are separated for cleaning and then get reunited, but they do go through the fixture one last time to check the Standoff measurement (hard to explain, it's shape related) and the the fluid level markings are also verified before packing.

As for sticks #1 and #2 they are the development sticks, they have a bunch of miles on them and have been on and off 3 different trucks probably 50 times :LOL:well theirs twice, my truck a zillion times it seems.

You must have the FIRST produced for commercial use....
Let the bidding begin !!!
Someday, in a year far, far in the future, this #3 stick will be in the same collectable realm as the first Mustang to be sold.
So hold on to it, cherish it, and lock it away in a timed release vault !!!

I was wondering who got #3, yeah, it's the first one I actually sold?

I should have had payment include a dollar bill, remember when mom and pop businesses would frame the first dollar they ever made by the cash register!

It's like the first Mustang sold to the public !!! Or the first, original Bullet Mustang....which would be Mike's # 1.

Here’s a picture of the only dollar I have in my wallet seeing I’m a Ranger owner. You could frame this one as I have to send it to the credit card company along with a bunch more to pay for the Fitzstick

That's okay, it's something I should have thought of then, it's not the same as a afterthought, thanks though!
