I'm not sure where to start, thank you for the comments.

I have tried to duplicate your install, I think I may know what happened but once I get the return I can verify it.

I will put it in the fixture and go from there, if it's good, I will replace the damaged heat shrink and offer it as a "refurbished item" at a lesser price I suppose., I not sure yet.

I can confirm it looks fine once installed. Also it was dead on with the stock dipstick. The dinged up stuff is where you won't see it after it's in place. Most of that was because of the repeated attempts to install. Just to make sure it wasn't me and it was the truck. Either the lines placement or the bracket... or a combo of the two....

I was able to get mine installed this morning. Mine is a 23 lariat 4x4, built March 21, 2023. Here are all the tools I used, plus my hands lol. Fitment was excellent! The harness running at the top behind the tube looks taught, but actually has some give. The A/C line was close, but I was able to bend it far away enough, I feel like. My family’s shop specializes in automotive A/C, so I’m used to bending lines since new aftermarket ones are never the same as factory when installing. I will keep and eye on it overtime to see if there is any rubbing. Haven’t got a chance to check the fluid hot, but I will check back in when I do.

I have a late 21 Lariat FX4 build Nov 21 and the Fitzstick fit perfectly and not near the ac line. Maybe certain variants have an issue with fitment which could be discovered but more data is needed if Mike is onboard with discovery.

I have stated before, I am absolutely on board, you guys are my eyes out there and have been very helpful.

Looks close in one photo and looks fine in the other two photos.
He adjusted the A/C line, it's in the notes section on how to do it.

How does one get put on the waiting list for one im very interested in getting a well made dipstick
Also interested, sprung for the B&M and of course once it was delivered I found this thread. Would much much rather go this route!
A comment here is best, I hope to make a big enough batch to cover everyone.

Just to clarify, make a comment here if you have interest, I am getting PM's requesting one, or to be put on a list.
Here is best, I hope to be able to supply an adequate amount in the next 4-6 weeks.

Just another problem with a vehicle made up of thousands of parts, that were all submitted/made by whomever had the lowest bid, and assembled by workers who are fighting with robots, who don't give a poop, and then quality controlled by other workers who probably one step up from the workers who fill the transmission....which as we know is hit and miss.
Nothing wrong at all with the Fitzstick....just no conformity in the vehicle from one batch to another....Wed builds as opposed to midnight shift on Friday.

Sorry to add a grim note:

I cant sell them on ebay anymore.

Guys.... does anybody want to guess how much I'm making a piece on these? Less than ebay, they make $27-30 plus charging $9-19 to print the shipping label.......... (that's not the shipping charge) they attach a final value fee, that is based on part cost, taxes and shipping, so if it has high shipping cost and high taxes, more comes out of my pocket:curse:

To answer the question, less than $20...sometimes less than $15 (this is where you hear the sound of stuff being thrown around the shop) I will see this through and hope for the best, but dammit, I thought this was possibly an okay idea to try and start a business, maybe make a little money.
I'm going to maybe sell my old 75 F350 crew cab for additional product funds, I dont drive it much anyways. (please, nobody offer to pre-pay or funding)

Who said it would be easy:crazy:

By the time the next big batch hits, I will have the website up.

I did pay the fee to become a sponsor here.

But here is the problem, I'm trying to do it right, above board, pay the taxes and such, but it's complicated, I to have to figure out which business accounting program to sign up for (more fees) that will calculate and pay all the different tax rates for every city, state and county that I sell to, that is the good thing about ebay, you just get a report, easy, ebay used to be great.
