This amazing piece just arrived. This is a grade A piece of craftsmanship @Fitzmotor . The packing was super secure. I'll get this in as soon a I get over the plague I caught during training in Miami.

Decided to add heat to the center console armrest like I did on my Fusion. Cost less than $20 in parts. Took a motorcycle seat heating element, a mosfet relay, triggered by the heated seats.

Greetings Ray!
Can you tell me how you got this arm rest lid removed? I want to recover it and haven’t found the trick to removal without feeling like it was going to break.

I just peeled it off. I used super glue to reattach it.

Now my old man eyes can see the map better. Opted for the Yulu unit because it has some physical ac buttons still at the bottom. Took 4 hours to install. Need to play with it to figure out how to run the front camera on it.

Finally got to installing the tranny dipstick. It's a prefect piece of craftsmanship, @Fitzmotor . The levels match the stock stick exactly but no more crawling under the truck and hot exhaust. Fairly easy to install. The video definitely helped. The only thing I did was bend the harness bracket attached to the heater line so it moved down a bit for extra clearance. Everything else fit like a glove. Tons of clearance from the AC line. Good thing I finally did it. It was between 4 and 5 cold engine off. When they installed my deep tranny pan he must of just put the stock amount back in and it's 1-2 quarts low.

And the front camera is sorted. I can pull it up on demand through the radio.

Great pics of your FitzStick install.

Is that red loctite on the cap threads? Or just tranny fluid?

That's tranny fluid. It'd be a nightmare if it was loctite.

Decided to finally go with traditional gauges for boost, volt and compressor pressure. Got the desired color for night lighting. Waiting for the other 2 gauges. Frees up my NGauge for ambient temp. The tap I used for the boost/vacuum is super easy with this little fitting: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BPXFYX5S?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Easiest place was at the brake booster line/valve.
