I have a rattling sound that happens only when I am making a left turn (doesn't ever happen when turning right) very slowly like on a parking lot. I've never been able to duplicate it by trying the same turning pattern again after it occurs. Doesn't happen when making a normal left turn on a street. Sounds like its coming from the area around the left side suspension system. This has only happened 3-4 times since I've owned the truck. It only lasts 2-3 seconds and then goes away. Sounds like small wooden blocks individually falling off a surface onto the floor. Has anyone experienced this?

The Dealer put in new fasteners without a charge because they didn't secure the flap properly during the last oil change.
The 2nd replacement battery was installed today totally under warranty
