Early 19 got 6 but halfway through it changed to 4. You can add the other 2 if you wish as it can be helpful

I have 6 in my 19. I found a tie down on the side of the road one day while riding my bicycle. So I have seven total. Nothing wrong with it either. It’s sitting in my tool chest.
No clue as to how or why it was on the side of the road but it was.

How many truck bed tie-downs are in the new 2019 Ford Ranger?
My planned use, for this truck, is for work and not hauling around some kayak.

In addition to the 6 tie downs in a 2019, you can add 6 ring tie downs towards the tailgate.
