Is there any real difference between them? I am looking to order some parts but they are for the global 2019 not the US. How hard would it be to adapt parts to fit?

Unless the part is in Conus the freight would be cost prohibitive wouldn't and it probably depends on the part if it would fit , supposedly this Ranger is not the same as the EU and Aussie
widetrek Ranger or what ever the global truck is called.:)

Some stuff works, some stuff doesn't. In most cases it's not worth buying something overseas just to be a guinea pig because shipping.

It would be interesting to do a gray market comparison between the two. I succesfully retrofitted my 88 BMW 528e with parts from the euro BMW M5 (bumpers, headlights, etc). What would interest me is getting a hold of a 6-MT and third pedal kit...but that's just me (maybe the stuff from the upcoming Bronco will be compatible?)

If you try and it doesn't fit, we told you so. If it does fit, we lied.

My brother did a MT swap on an old BMW E-12 with a 3-speed auto. Found a donor car in a junk yard with everything he needed (driveshaft, pedal carrier, shift lever, slave cylinder,etc...), the car went like a r@ped ape; it had a 3.92 or 4.10 rear end, as opposed to a 3.27 from the donor...fun to drive. For me to do the same I'd have to move to Texas or Arizona and find a "donor" across the border....

Road trip!!!

All new to the USA, been here, Asia, and Europe since 2011. Here is my 2015 Australian model. There are some obvious differences, but from what I've seen here in this forum I imagine some stuff from our model would also fit yours.

Side view is almost the same anyway. To each their own. :)

I've noticed that the tailgate is a bit different between the two. I wanted to fit some of the aftermarket tail lights, but they all fit the contour of the tailgate. The US is notched, and everyone else's is curved.

OF course, we get a steel front bumper whereas everyone else gets a plastic fascia. Our motor and transmission is different, too. I think the electricals are the same.

I've installed a set of euro Wildtrak roof rails on my '19. Profile is perfect but....the under roof panel brackets are a no-go for the North American market. Speaks of significant structural differences.

The frames and suspensions are very different and there are clear differences to the dash and center console.

So, caveat emptor buying from the rest if the world markets.

yes, the front is different, that back is different, the top is different and the inside is different. within that, some parts just happen to be the same. :D
