If I wanted something that looked like an F150 Raptor, I'd buy one. This is good for those countries where you can't get F150's. I'll take the Ranger Raptor looks every time.

On my Lariat, The DRL’s are on, but at a dimmer setting, when the parking lights or headlights are on (middle two dial positions). On auto, they are on at full brightness.

Only exception is your third brake light. On the XLT, it is incandescent. On the Lariat, it is LED. I still plan on replacing the FRONT turn signals on my Lariat with LED’s.

I REALLY hate those mirrors. Had them on my Focus and detested them. I’m so glad my Ranger has normal mirrors. And with BLIS, those mirrors aren’t needed.

I'm really not sure on the "quirky transmission shifts" thing. I've had my Ranger for a year now and the transmission is flawless. It's smooth and efficient. I love it. So it kinda confuses me how you're seeing issues.

I've noticed that the tailgate is a bit different between the two. I wanted to fit some of the aftermarket tail lights, but they all fit the contour of the tailgate. The US is notched, and everyone else's is curved. OF course, we get a steel front bumper whereas everyone else gets a plastic...
