  1. For the win, best looking Ranger yet.

If I wanted something that looked like an F150 Raptor, I'd buy one. This is good for those countries where you can't get F150's. I'll take the Ranger Raptor looks every time.
  2. Who else turns off Blind Spot Monitoring?

Even if you "have your mirrors adjusted correctly", I guarantee you WILL still have a blind spot. It's a safety feature and it works. And if you're looking at your mirrors, then that little light is impossible to miss. Do you really need a chime to go with it? Leave it on. It's not hurting...
  3. F150 vs Ranger Width

The easiest way to see the difference is from the inside. Look at the center consoles. The F-150 has a much larger one.
  4. Custom graphics feedback...

I also like the current over the proposed. But both are pretty subdued. I prefer something bolder...
  5. Strange siting near Flagstaff

Those are most definitely Ram tail lights.
  6. Pinstripes

I decided to go with something a little bit bolder on my Ranger. Don’t be afraid to stand out from the crowd.
  7. Daytime running lights

On my Lariat, The DRL’s are on, but at a dimmer setting, when the parking lights or headlights are on (middle two dial positions). On auto, they are on at full brightness.
  8. Question about taillights

Only exception is your third brake light. On the XLT, it is incandescent. On the Lariat, it is LED. I still plan on replacing the FRONT turn signals on my Lariat with LED’s.
  9. American Flag - Muted: Can anyone use?

DEFINITELY not theft of honor. The military does not have sole ownership of the flag. Go ahead and show it proudly. Here's mine, with reversed flag on opposite fender. (Oh, and I am also a vet.)
  10. Project Msfitoy V3.0

It looks like the polarity was reversed. Everything else checked out. Finally got mine working. Thanks for all your help.
  11. Project Msfitoy V3.0

Well, using the same lights as you (white instead of amber, though), I used Stage 3 Motorsports wiring harness to plug into the marker light. But the lights would never light up. Volt meter said there was 12v there, but still nothing. So, being as I'm not electrically inclined, I'm going to...
  12. Project Msfitoy V3.0

Well, I got my Raptor grille installed. Also installed Stage 3's light bar with wiring harness, which plugs into the side marker light. I swapped out the amber led's with the same style you have (white instead of amber, though). My lights won't light up. I can't figure out why. Stage 3...
  13. Tail lights

While I really like the tail lights on the US Ranger, I have seen some aftermarket ones that look really cool. Except they don't fit US Rangers. I really wish Ford had lit up the embossed "RANGER" here. Anyone have any thoughts on when/if any aftermarket manufacturers will have anything...

  15. Lettering done - what a pain

Not me. I like mine to stand out. I got mine done in magnetic gray to match the sport appearance package. Looks awesome.
  16. Lettering done - what a pain

I did the same thing as you. I have a blue Ranger with the sport appearance package. I got the same letters from TVD. But, after screwing up the first set, I took them to a local professional. He has a technique that works wonders. Instead of water, he uses two different water/soap solutions...
  17. Project Msfitoy V3.0

I went ahead and ordered a Raptor Grille for my Ranger. I got Stage 3 Motorsport's Raptor lighting kit along with it. However, Since I have a Lariat with the white DRL's, and the Raptor lighting kit only comes with amber grille lights, I took your lead and got the lights you used here, except...
  18. Project Msfitoy V3.0

I really like the lights you mounted in your Raptor grille. They look great. I have a Lariat that I want to put that grille on. The parking/DRL's are white instead of amber, so I checked the Amazon link you provided and decided to look up Grand General. I found that for the 77650 series lights...
  19. Auto stop/start

I have noticed that if I have the AC going, it will stop for a bit and then restart if it starts warming up in the cab. It seems fairly intelligent.
