I worked in the 12v industry for quite some time. I installed two push-button start systems over the years. Both worked like a remote start. On one of the cars it was redundant to the key - which had to be inserted and turned to unlock the steering.
Your truck has an immobilizer system and steering wheel lock to contend with. I know you can get around the immobilizer. Not sure about the steering lock. Just read that many vehicles are now using an electronic ignition-controlled steering wheel lock. So this might not be too difficult.
I doubt the dealer would convert this for anything reasonable. Try your local car stereo/remote start shop.
