Well no one's perfect...in-spite of my "meticulous" install, one of the lower studs' adhesive failed somewhere along the 3,500 mile trip through Michigan's infamous pot holed roads..subsequently, more and more of the studs failed...Air Design was kind enough to send half dozen replacement studs and it's now buttoned up again...?

This clever design allows the studs to removed if I ever wanted to restore the fenders to OEM...

Air Design has a patent on this attachment...not sure about other "bolt" fenders but I suspect they're either fake or, God forbid, drilled through the fender ??

Didn't think I could add more lights? ?

Been sitting on these TSSP brackets for a couple of month...finally saved up enough for the additional lighting...Diode Dynamics SS3 Sport amber fogs and combination white driving pods...

IMG_7438.JPG

Before with OEM + Diode Dynamics white fog kit...
IMG_7437.JPG

OEM + DD kit assembly...I'll be selling these assembled with bezel, mounted, aimed...ready to install...need to clean them up and take better pics...

That is a nice result! Now you have me thinking about copying it. I already have the DD Max fogs in factory location (AMAZING lights btw) plus their Max Driving and Max Combo to go on double ditch brackets so do I really need more forward lighting...I know it's not a question you ever seem to ask yourself ? Plus I've been trying to think of options to fill out the six shooter I have as well.

LOL...I pretty sure we're ok...cross fingers...I've had every light on simultaneously for roughly 5 minutes...The headlamp, lo + hi, fog running on vehicle circuits...The rest running through Trigger comprised of 3 pairs Rigid spots/flood + 1 pair of BD S1 ditch pods + 1 pair BD S2 rear + 1 pair rear 4" cube + 2 pair side cubes + 8 rock lights...think that's all ?

During the test, there was no indication that the battery self protection wanted to shut the party down nor was there any flickering...no smoke coming from Trigger 6 Shooter ??

By request, here's a couple more pics...

Green indicating 4 Rigid Spot beams linked together and switched by Trigger number 1 toggle...Pink are, outboard DD SS3 Combo and inboard Rigid Flood linked together, switched by number 2 toggle...

Now that everything has been rewired to group the front lights according to beam pattern, I replaced the wheel well panels so (1) you don't see the back side of pods from the wheel well and (2) protect the back side of the pods from soiling...I mounted only two on the bracket because my BD S1 pod are already mounted on my ditch bracket, aimed out and down...the bracket for two and three lights are identical...Even though there's visible gaps around the pods that are no longer filled by the OEM bezel, everything is in the shadow and it looks pretty tough and all business...
