After a year of trying different products, I finally found the combination of products that restores the faded/moldy/sun damaged belt molding on our trucks! For whatever reason, I have noticed that most 2019/2020 Rangers around me have this issue. Mine is a 2020 and it drove me crazy to see this on a truck that was 4 years old.
I did see both of these products mentioned separately deep in other threads about this issue, but the combination that worked for me is magic eraser and chemical guys trim clean wax and oil remover.
Had all rubber molding on my truck looking brand new after about 10 minutes! Soaked the magic eraser in the chemical guys spray and very carefully scrubbed the rubber. Making sure not to touch the paint or glass.
Apologies if this post is a bit redundant, however I think it may help some people! Happy Friday ranger5g people
